These Terms of Use govern your use of the Photo2NAS application and related website. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
本使用条款适用于你对 Photo2NAS 应用及相关网站的使用。下载、安装、购买或使用本应用即表示你同意本条款；如不同意，请勿使用本应用。
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. License and permitted use2. 许可与允许用途
Subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use Photo2NAS on devices that you own or control for lawful photo and video backup purposes.
在遵守本条款及适用 App Store 规则的前提下，你获得一项有限的、个人的、非独占的、不可转让、不可再许可且可撤销的许可，可在你拥有或控制的设备上安装和使用 Photo2NAS，用于合法的照片和视频备份。
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent security or licensing controls, interfere with the app's operation, use it to access systems or data without authorization, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law or App Store rules.
除适用法律或 App Store 规则允许外，你不得对应用进行逆向工程或反编译，不得绕过安全或许可控制、干扰应用运行、利用应用未经授权访问系统或数据，亦不得重新分发应用。
3. System requirements and compatibility3. 系统要求与兼容性
Use of the app requires a compatible iPhone, a supported version of iOS, appropriate photo-library and network permissions, a reachable Synology NAS, valid NAS credentials, a writable destination folder, sufficient NAS storage, and a network path that permits the required connection.
使用本应用需要兼容的 iPhone、受支持的 iOS 版本、适当的照片图库及网络权限、可访问的 Synology NAS、有效的 NAS 凭据、具有写入权限的目标文件夹、足够的 NAS 存储空间，以及允许所需连接的网络路径。
Compatibility may vary by iOS version, NAS model, DSM version, account permissions, authentication method, network configuration, and media format. A device or NAS being generally compatible does not guarantee that every configuration will work.
兼容性可能因 iOS 版本、NAS 型号、DSM 版本、账户权限、身份验证方式、网络配置及媒体格式而异。设备或 NAS 总体兼容并不代表所有配置都必然可用。
4. Your responsibilities4. 你的责任
You are responsible for configuring and maintaining your iPhone, NAS, DSM, network, accounts, credentials, permissions, destination folders, certificates, firewall rules, storage capacity, and backup-retention strategy. You must have all rights necessary to access and copy the media you select.
你需要自行配置并维护 iPhone、NAS、DSM、网络、账户、凭据、权限、目标文件夹、证书、防火墙规则、存储容量和备份保留策略。你必须拥有访问和复制所选媒体所需的一切权利。
You are also responsible for protecting credentials, reviewing security warnings, using appropriate encrypted connections where available, and preventing unauthorized access to your device, NAS, and network.
你还需要负责保护凭据、审慎处理安全警告、在可用时采用适当的加密连接，并防止设备、NAS 和网络遭到未经授权的访问。
5. Background operation and transfer limitations5. 后台运行与传输限制
Photo2NAS may request or use iOS background-execution capabilities to continue or resume eligible backup work. iOS controls when and for how long apps may run in the background. Background App Refresh settings, Low Power Mode, battery level, thermal state, memory pressure, network availability, user activity, system scheduling, app termination, and other platform conditions may delay, pause, or prevent background uploads.

Accordingly, the app does not guarantee continuous, immediate, real-time, or uninterrupted background backup. You may need to open the app, keep it in the foreground, connect to a suitable network, or adjust system settings for pending uploads to proceed.
因此，本应用不保证持续、即时、实时或不间断的后台备份。为使待处理上传继续进行，你可能需要打开应用、保持前台运行、连接合适的网络或调整系统设置。
6. Backup verification and data integrity6. 备份验证与数据完整性
Photo2NAS is a transfer utility and should not be your sole method of protecting irreplaceable media. Transfer status shown by the app may be affected by later NAS-side changes, including moves, deletions, renames, permission changes, storage failures, snapshots, synchronization software, indexing behavior, or administrator actions.
Photo2NAS 是一款传输工具，不应成为保护不可替代媒体的唯一方式。应用显示的传输状态可能受到后续 NAS 端变化影响，包括移动、删除、重命名、权限变更、存储故障、快照、同步软件、索引行为或管理员操作。
You should periodically verify that expected files exist in the correct destination, can be opened, retain acceptable metadata and quality, and are covered by an independent backup strategy. Do not delete the original media solely because an upload appears to have completed unless you have independently confirmed the backup.
你应定期验证预期文件是否存在于正确位置、能否正常打开、是否保留可接受的元数据和质量，并确保其纳入独立备份策略。在未独立确认备份前，请勿仅因应用显示上传完成就删除原始媒体。
7. Updates, changes, and availability7. 更新、变更与可用性
The app may be updated to add, remove, modify, or discontinue features; respond to platform, App Store, DSM, security, or legal changes; or maintain compatibility. Some updates may require a newer iOS version, revised permissions, reconfiguration, or acceptance of updated terms.
应用可能通过更新增加、移除、修改或停止某些功能，以响应平台、App Store、DSM、安全或法律变化，或维持兼容性。部分更新可能要求更高版本的 iOS、重新授予权限、重新配置或接受更新后的条款。
Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, third-party platform changes, legal requirements, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
应用可用性可能因维护、技术问题、安全风险、第三方平台变化、法律要求或合理控制范围之外的情况而中断。
8. Intellectual property and feedback8. 知识产权与反馈
The app, website, branding, interface, documentation, and associated software are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.
本应用、网站、品牌、界面、文档及相关软件受知识产权法律保护，并归其相应所有者或许可方所有。本条款不会将应用或其知识产权的所有权转让给你。
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, they may be used to improve the app without restriction or obligation to compensate you, provided that such use does not identify you publicly without permission.
若你主动提供反馈或建议，我们可以在无需向你支付报酬的情况下使用这些内容改进应用，但未经许可不会以公开识别你身份的方式使用。
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability9. 免责声明与责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made that the app will meet every requirement, support every NAS or network configuration, operate without interruption or error, upload every item successfully, preserve every form of metadata, or prevent data loss.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用及网站按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。我们不保证应用满足所有需求、支持所有 NAS 或网络配置、持续无错误运行、成功上传每个项目、保留所有形式的元数据，或避免数据丢失。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, photos, videos, metadata, revenue, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or access arising from or related to use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the app during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用本应用而产生或与之相关的间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性或示范性损害承担责任，也不对数据、照片、视频、元数据、收入、利润、机会、商誉或访问权的损失承担责任。如责任依法不能排除，则责任上限为引发索赔事件前十二个月内你为本应用支付的金额，除非适用法律要求采用其他限额。
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Apple App Store terms10. Apple App Store 相关条款
You and the developer acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and the developer, not with Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for Photo2NAS and its content, subject to applicable law.
你与开发者确认，本条款由你与开发者订立，而非由你与 Apple 订立。在适用法律约束下，Photo2NAS 及其内容由开发者而非 Apple 负责。
Your license is limited to a non-transferable right to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable usage rules. Family Sharing or similar Apple-enabled sharing may apply where available.
你获得的许可仅限于按照 Apple 媒体服务条款及适用使用规则，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上使用本应用的不可转让权利。在可用情况下，可适用“家人共享”或 Apple 提供的类似共享机制。
The developer is responsible for maintenance and support for the app as required by applicable law or expressly stated by the developer. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, in accordance with its policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app, and the developer is responsible for other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty.
如本应用未符合依法不得排除的适用保证，你可以通知 Apple；Apple 可按照其政策退还购买价款（如有）。在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 对本应用不承担其他保证义务；因未符合适用保证而产生的其他索赔、损失、责任、损害、成本或费用由开发者负责。
The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product-liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer-protection or privacy claims. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes intellectual-property rights, the developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim to the extent required by these Terms and applicable law.

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on any United States government prohibited- or restricted-party list. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, including the terms of your network provider, NAS provider, and Apple services.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, may enforce the Apple-related provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Suspension, termination, and general terms11. 暂停、终止与一般条款
You may stop using the app at any time. The license may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the app, interfere with its security, or use it unlawfully. Upon termination, you must stop using the app, although provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
你可以随时停止使用本应用。如你严重违反本条款、滥用应用、干扰其安全性或将其用于违法活动，相关许可可能被暂停或终止。终止后你必须停止使用应用；依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款仍将有效。
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable App Store terms, form the agreement concerning your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply under mandatory conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available to you. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of non-waivable rights under the law of your habitual residence.
本条款受强制性法律冲突规则及消费者保护规则所确定的适用法律管辖。依法具有强制管辖权的法院或争议解决机构仍对你开放。本条款不会剥夺你依据惯常居住地法律享有的不可放弃权利。
